What is a Land Lease Community?
It’s a community where you own your home and have a perpetual right to occupy the land, which is covered by a weekly site fee.
You have the security of knowing your perpetual right to occupy the site is protected under the Residential Parks Act, Queensland.
Rent Assistance

What guarantee or warranty will I receive with my new home?
All new homes come with a statutory warranty and guarantee relevant to Queensland legislation. All other guarantees and warranties within your home are passed on to you at the time of settlement of your new home or when you move in.
What house design is available?
Our most popular home design includes 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms plus 2 car garage but a range of modern home designs are available with space to also park your buggy. Let our friendly sales team assist you with selecting a location with view of the golf course that you love best.
Is the Golf View Lifestyle Resort pet friendly?
Yes. We understand that pets are an important part of your family and they are warmly welcomed at The Fairways Lifestyle Resort.
There is a pet policy which covers both cats and dogs. Applications for pets have to be made under the pet policy.
Can Family and friends stay?
Absolutely. Friends, family and grandchildren are welcome to stay with you, provided that all visitors respect the conditions and guidelines set out in the Site Agreement and Park Rules.
Additional costs?
You are responsible for direct service charges such as metered electricity, water usage, phone, internet, house and contents insurance plus home maintenance.
Can I sell my house at any time?
Yes. There are No Exit Fees which means you can sell your home at any time or have our team assist you in the sale. Or, you can appoint an external selling agent. You can also bequeath your home as part of your estate. The beneficiaries can reside in the home, if they meet the community criteria or it can be sold.
