It’s a community where you own your home and have a perpetual right to occupy the land, covered by a weekly site fee. Your right is protected under the Residential Parks Act, Queensland.
Rent Assistance+
You may be eligible to claim Commonwealth Government Rent Assistance to cover a portion of the weekly site fee.
What warranty will I receive?+
All new homes come with the statutory warranties and guarantees relevant to Queensland legislation. Other warranties are passed on at settlement or when you move in.
What house designs are available?+
The most popular design includes two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a two-car garage. A range of modern designs is available, with space for your buggy.
Is the resort pet friendly?+
Yes. Pets are warmly welcomed. A pet policy applies to cats and dogs, and applications are made under that policy.
Can family and friends stay?+
Absolutely, provided visitors respect the conditions and guidelines in the Site Agreement and Park Rules.
